  37. Tic Tac Toe is played on a 3x3 board.  Players take turn in placing pieces in 
  38. sqaures on the board, one per turn.  Game play continues until either the game 
  39. has been won, or there are no blank sqaures left.

  43. The object of the game is to win by placing three of your pieces such that they 
  44. form a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line.

  46. Tie A Tie occurs when the board is full, and no player has won.
